Les cr\u00e9ations Frigor Box se caract\u00e9risent par des composants de haute qualit\u00e9, con\u00e7us et fabriqu\u00e9s dans l’entreprise, qui repr\u00e9sentent tout notre savoir-faire. Nos chambres froides sont constitu\u00e9es de parois autoportantes dont les panneaux s’embo\u00eetent gr\u00e2ce au crochet<\/strong>, syst\u00e8me innovant mis en place depuis la fondation de Frigor Box. Ce syst\u00e8me simple d’assemblage de panneaux permet d’assembler la cellule en tr\u00e8s peu de temps et sans aucun outil. Frigor Box utilise le logiciel 3 CAD Lite<\/strong> pour donner vie aux conceptions de chambres froides commerciales, de chambres froides industrielles et de portes. De l’id\u00e9e \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation virtuelle, pour mieux structurer chaque d\u00e9tail de la solution demand\u00e9e par le client. Le client peut ainsi visualiser la demande finale et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d’un service complet et professionnel. En plus de faire des rendus pr\u00e9cis du projet, il repr\u00e9sente un outil rapide et pr\u00e9cis pour \u00e9tablir des devis clairs. Pour garantir la qualit\u00e9 Frigor Box, nous concevons et fabriquons nous-m\u00eames des composants et des produits. Le contr\u00f4le<\/strong> de chaque phase garantit la qualit\u00e9<\/strong> et permet de r\u00e9aliser des syst\u00e8mes personnalis\u00e9s, du choix du rev\u00eatement aux dimensions en passant par les caract\u00e9ristiques du contr\u00f4leur.<\/p>\n

Les rev\u00eatements<\/strong> des panneaux et des portes sont pr\u00e9par\u00e9s, en coupant la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re choisie selon les dimensions requises. En attendant, des crochets et des entretoises<\/strong> sont \u00e9galement cr\u00e9\u00e9s pour \u00eatre ins\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 l’int\u00e9rieur du panneau avant le moussage. Une fois le moussage de polyur\u00e9thane r\u00e9alis\u00e9, s’ensuit un contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9sistance du crochet et des proportions du mur, en comparaison avec le projet. Dans d’autres d\u00e9partements du si\u00e8ge de 15 000 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s, nous proc\u00e9dons m\u00e9ticuleusement \u00e0 la formation des portails. Suit l’assemblage du moteur<\/strong>, enti\u00e8rement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par Frigor Box : il est enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 la main, ch\u00e2ssis compris, et comporte peu de soudures afin de limiter les casses et d’assurer plus de performances, allant jusqu’\u00e0 200 kW pour les cellules de refroidissement rapide.<\/p>\n
