Insulation: 60 mm thick rigid polyurethane foam of high density, inside and outside cladding in stainless steel with Scotch Brite finish. It is possible to introduce trays or shelves of dimensions 400 x 600 mm. or 530x325 mm. (not included).

Ideal to maintain volume and body of your ice cream. At the exit of the machine the ice cream needs to be frozen in a very quick time to maintain volume and consistency. In fact the ice cream comes out of the machine at the core temperature of approx. -6/-8 °C, therefore the transformation to the solid state is not yet completed. Thanks to a very powerful blast freezer, like the MIINI 5 Light by Frigor Box, the process results to be perfect, because of the technical characteristics of the machine.
