Technical characteristics
Monocoque body, with inside and outside cladding in:
• stainless steel Aisi 304 (for positive and negative temperatures).
• scotch brite finish
Adjustable supporting feet in stainless steel.
Insulation: rigid polyurethane foam, density 40 Kg/m3 and thickness 60 mm.
The standard supply includes 4 grid shelves in stainless steel, with possibility of increasing the number of grid shelves to max. 12..
The door or hatch doors open by self-closing stainless steel hinges, with stay-open position from 90° on and magnetic gaskets.
Door frame heating 220 V for the low temperature version (BT). Standard doors and hatch doors are supplied complete with key lock.
Net clear door opening 620 x 1520h mm. - hatch doors 620 x 685h mm.
Refrigeration unit with hermetic compressor and air condensation, suitable to operate with ambient temperatures to 38°C.
Ventilated evaporator in copper with aluminium fins having wide and variable pitch and cowling in shockproof plastic material.
Electric automatic defrost with evaporation of condensation water.
Fan delay device, defrost termination thermostat.

CEILING MOUNTED REFRIGERATION UNIT
• Hermetic compressor, air condensation, capillary expansion (thermostatic valve on request).
• Ventilated evaporator in copper with aluminium fins. Electric automatic defrost in all models, with fan start delay device and defrost termination thermostat.
• Ceiling mounted control panel complete with digital thermometer - thermostat and on/off switch, prearranged with cables for connection to condensing unit.
• Condensate drainage system complete with trap and removable drain pan.
• Door microswitch for automatic inside lighting.
• All units are tested in our factory before being packed, therefore the start-up of the unit merely consists in plugging it in.
SPLIT REFRIGERATION UNIT
• It is made up of a remote condensing unit, with protection cowling for remote location, and a ceiling mounted evaporator.
• The supply includes precharged and insulated copper pipes, already connected with the condensing unit by pipes to be welded for connection to the evaporator (distance refrigerator - condensing unit: 7 m.).
N.B.: Standard refrigeration units are sutable for the preservation of already refrigerated products.
Electrical power supply 220V - 50Hz single-phase.
