SMALL TO MEDIUM SLIDING DOORS ARE AVAILABLE FOR EITHER LOW OR HIGH
TEMPERATURE APPLICATIONS. THE DESIGN OF THE SLIDING MECHANISM IS SIMPLE,
FUNCTIONAL, EASY TO USE AND ROBUST. THE DOOR FINISH IS OF FOOD SAFE, SELF
EXTINGUISHING FIBREGLASS COMPOSITE.

• The internal and external finish of the door is of self extinguishing FOOD SAFE fibreglass for a clean, long lasting finish.
• The insulation is of CFC free polyurethane, injected at medium density 42 Kg/m3.
• The door thickness is 100 or 120 mm, for high or low temperature applications.
• The outer edges of the door are protected by an aluminium extrusion.
• Floor threshold, if required, is in stainless steel, to be buried in the floor.
• The door frame is constructed in PVC reinforced by steel frames and injected with polyurethane foam.
• Door hinges and bottom sliding guide constructed in aluminium (also available in stainless steel Aisi 304).
• The upper aluminium sliding track is mounted on nylon wheels with sealed ball bearing assemblies.
• Door handle is manufactured in stainless steel, with internal door release.
• An extruded rubber door gasket can be push fitted into a preformed channel.
• Door heater 220 V 50 Hz (for low temperature applications only) with double silicone insulation and
nylon protection mesh.
Available with meat rail opening and split rail system.
