Flexible doors
DOUBLE-SWING CLEAR PVC FLEXIBLE DOORS ARE AVAILABLE FOR EITHER LOW OR HIGH
TEMPERATURE APPLICATIONS. FRAME IN GALVANIZED STEEL, OR EPOXY-PAINTED STEEL,
OR STAINLESS STEEL.
• Clear flexible PVC leaf, certified foodsafe, thickness 5mm. (standard) or 7 mm. (reinforced).
• A composite (plastic + rubber) or wired door leaf may be supplied, for use in high temperature applications.
• Frame in hot-dip galvanized steel, or epoxy-painted steel, or stainless steel Aisi 304, satin finish.
• Upper and lower supports are in stainless steel.
• The coupling of the moving parts is carried out by means of steel pins and sintered bronze bushes.
• On request, stay-open system for manual door.
• Available also with automatic opening, unidirectional or bidirectional type, for use in high temperature
applications.
• Pneumatic automation can be either operated by pull cords, or door contact, or wall lever, which may also act as a stay-open system.
• Electro-pneumatic automation is available with pull
cords, push buttons, photocell, radar sensor, radio
transmitter.
