Inside and outside cladding of the door leaf in self-extinguishing and foodsafe FIBREGLASS.
• Insulation by rigid polyurethane foam, injected under press at an average density of 42 Kg/m3.
• Thickness of the door leaf 120 mm.
• Door leaf outline protected by an aluminium extrusion.
• Door threshold profile in stainless steel Aisi 304 to be embedded in the floor.
• PVC frame, reinforced by steel profiles.
• Door leaf supporting hardware and lower sliding guide in stainless steel Aisi 304.
• Upper sliding rail in special profile of anodized aluminium, at sight finish.
• Nylon sliding wheels on revolving ball bearings, waterproof and self-lubricating.
• Inside and outside release handles in stainless steel.
• Rubber sealing gasket fixed by pressure groove.
• Built-in hinged hatch door with vision panel.
• ACCESSORIES ON REQUEST:
- Profiles in stainless steel 0,8mm or prepainted galvanized steel 0,8mm, for the assembly of the door frame on 60 - 80 - 100 - 120 - 150- 180 - 200 mm. thick wall panels.
