HINGED DOORS ARE AVAILABLE FOR EITHER
LOW OR HIGH TEMPERATURE APPLICATIONS.
THICKNESS OF THE DOOR LEAF 70/120 mm.
SIMPLE, FUNCTIONAL, EASY TO USE AND
ROBUST. THE DOOR FINISH IS OF FOOD SAFE,
SELF EXTINGUISHING FIBREGLASS COMPOSITE
OR STAINLESS STEEL.

The internal and external finish of the door is of self extinguishing FOOD SAFE FIBREGLASS for a clean, long lasting finish, with outer edges protected by an aluminium extrusion, or of STAINLESS STEEL AISI 304 circle brushed or satin finish.
• The insulation is of CFC free polyurethane, injected at medium density 42 Kg/m3.
• The door thickness is 70 or 120 mm.
• Floor threshold, if required, is in stainless steel, to be buried in the floor.
• It is available with lower rebate, or at floor level, with a suitable wiper gasket.
• The door frame is constructed in PVC reinforced by steel frames (door in fibreglass) or completely in
stainless steel (door in stainless steel) and injected with polyurethane foam.
• Hinges and door handle are manufactured in reinforced composite material (chromium plated brass for large dimensions; for smaller dimensions a price surcharge would be added).
• Internal door release in chromium plated brass.
• 3 point fasteners with additional latches are supplied in large doors for high temperature applications and in all doors for low temperature applications.
• An extruded rubber door gasket can be push fitted into a preformed channel.
• Door heater 220 V 50 Hz with double silicone insulation and nylon protection mesh (for low temperature applications only).
• Optional item: fastener with key lock and internal release, in composite material or chromium plated
brass.
