FRIGOR BOX
Frigor Box has been supporting its Customers for years, and directing all its know-how towards the construction and installation of "clean rooms".
The American Federal Standards describe a "clean room" as a room in which the concentration of particles is kept under control and that contains one or more clean areas.
CLEAN AREA
Clean area is described as a "defined room in which the concentration of paricles is controlled to satisfy the requirements of a specific class of contamination".
The "class" means the number of particles contained in a cubic foot.
THE LAW
The European law decrees the main principles and methods for the data evaluation in the regulation UNI EN 14698 "clean rooms and associated controlled environments - control of biocontamination." The clean room FRIGOR BOX satisfies the most severe certification tests, ensuring the maximum level of sanitariness.
EXPERIENCE
The experience of Frigor Box, jointly with a competent team of researchers, has allowed the design and construction of clean rooms by insulating sandwiched panels with cladding in white foodsafe fibreglass, particularly scratchproof and mouldproof.
THE SOLUTION
The joint solution between panels is accomplished by means of cam locks and special finishings in order to make such joints flush with the panel cladding. The main characteristics of the clean rooms Frigor Box are:
- flush surfaces,
- absolutely no sharp edges,
- all finished are joined to ensure a very high cleanliness and the sanitization of the room.
PANELS
The choice of panels is essential for the creation of a "CLEAN" environment with flush sirfaces, where hygiene and washability of the surfaces make the room ideal for processing in a CLEAN ROOM.
Frigor-Box proposes two types of solution.
